Billing & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and billing
Nora Knows offers paid subscription plans for additional product tracking, Family Lists, list organization, and related features. Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Nora Knows paid plans are billed annually. The price, billing interval, and plan details are shown before you complete checkout.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your Nora Knows subscription from Plan & Settings by using the Manage billing button. Stripe may allow you to update your payment method, view invoices, cancel your subscription, or manage other billing details.
You can also go directly to Manage billing while signed in.
Cancellations
You can cancel your paid subscription anytime through the Stripe billing portal. If you cancel, your paid features generally remain available until the end of your current billing period.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your Nora account, saved items, Family Lists, or historical account data. Some features may become limited or unavailable after your paid period ends.
Failed payments and grace period
If a payment fails, Nora may keep your paid plan active for a short grace period while your billing issue is resolved. During this time, we may show a billing warning and ask you to update your payment method.
If the billing issue is not resolved, Nora may downgrade the account to the Free plan or limit paid features according to the current plan rules.
Refunds
Nora Knows subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law or approved by Nora Knows at our discretion.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request and determine the appropriate next step.
Plan changes and feature limits
Nora plan limits may affect the number of items, lists, subscribers, alerts, or other features available to your account. If your plan changes, Nora may pause, lock, archive, or limit some features to fit the new plan.
We try to avoid deleting user-created data just because a plan changes, but access to some paid features may be limited after cancellation, failed payment, or downgrade.
Price and data availability
Nora uses third-party services and available marketplace data to help evaluate product pricing. Price history, product availability, alerts, and deal evaluations may change, be delayed, or be unavailable.
Nora does not guarantee that any product will be available at a specific price or that every deal alert will result in a purchase opportunity.
